What meal is your DC guaranteed to eat?

Both my kids are in a picky phase right now and I'm wracking my brain for meals that I *know* they will eat. Sadly, it's pretty much pizza and chicken nuggets, but I refuse to go down that path for most meals of the week. So I'm curious....

What HEALTHY meal is your DC guaranteed to eat?
What not-so-healthy meal is your DC guaranteed to eat?

Homemade mac & cheese-- oddly, she doesn't like the boxed kind.
Pasta-- I throw vegetables (broccoli, usually, sometimes asparagus or peas) into the pasta water during the last minute before draining. Then I put a dab of olive oil and fresh parmesan on top.
Turkey burgers-- I let her stick her hands in bowl once all the ingredients are in, and squish the raw meat around to mix it.
She LOVES wholegrain/ wild/ brown rices. So anytime I'm making something that would be good with rice on the side, I make it a fancy rice for the extra nutrition.

My picky toddler eats only:

almonds
raisins
milk
cheese
whole grains (bread, pasta, rice)

That's about it.

Cheese ravioli with spinach. I just throw some frozen chopped spinach in the water while the ravioli boils and use some garlic powder and a dab of salt.

Scrambled eggs. Sometimes I throw in spinach or silken tofu and cheese.

Smoothies. You can throw in spinach or silken tofu to add nutrients and not change the flavor.
