What meal is your DC guaranteed to eat?

My kids are great eaters - vegetarian (they are two). Their absolute favorite food is quesadilla with beans and cheese - I soak black beans or kidney beans or moong beansand cook them in the pressure cooker. Then, I saute with spinach, garlic, onion, cumin, turmeric, cilantro, salt and a pinch of taco seasoning, blend it all together. spread on the insde of organic whole wheat quesadilla and add cheddar, cook till all melted and serve with sour cream. They also enjoy rice on the side (mexican style rice with tomato and red bell pepper).

Other meals they love: grilled cheese, eggs, home made pizza (I put veggies in the sauce and blend), Indian food I make at home (I am Indian), chinese "stir fry" with tofu and whole wheat pasta and lots of veggies, raviolis, spaghetti and tofu meatballs with garlic bread, pasta primavera, enchiladas, vegetable pancakes (multigrain pancake flour with a lots of veggies and spices).

We eat dinner together (and all the same - although I will substitute meat for the tofu for my husband) so they enjoy eating it even more because they think we are all eating the same

Salmon (funny how many responses list it; who knew salmon was so palatable for kids?)
Rotisserie chicken
Ravioli (buitoni)

Trader Joe's cheese or pesto tortellini.
Penne with mix of tomato sauce and ricotta and spinach; sometimes she ignores the spinach.
Spaghetti and meatballs.

The girl likes pasta.
