Real question - why does Trump keep bragging about his cognitive test and challenging AOC and Newsom to take it? Does he not know that this is a cognitive decline test generally given to geriatrics, not younger healthy people? Has no one told him to stop bringing it up?

What frightens me is that I don’t particularly think he has dementia. I think he’s old and tired and doesn’t give a f***. He’s never been a detail guy and the truth has always been whatever he feels like it is. What bothers me is he seems to be losing what few inhibitions he used to have.

Some people who have observed him for a long time think he has fronto temporal dementia, which doesn’t present like Alzheimers in the beginning. One of the symptoms is loss of inhibition. He’s been saying inappropriate things for decades, but it’s worse now because he is in one of the most public positions in the world where every spoken or written word is analyzed.

Agree with you PP. People want to diagnose him to almost give a rational or reason for his behavior but I think he's just a terrible human that does and says what he wants further fueled by getting away with absolutely everything- he has never suffered any consequences or been kept in check his entire life. He doesn't get the benefit of an "excuse " for his behavior- he's devoid of a soul.
