I really don't think there are any atheist countries. Not as the leading state principle anyway. Now compare with all the theocracies in the world. In Pakistan, for example, being Christian is a crime.

There are atheist countries. The countries that everyone tries to escape from; the countries that have hidden, modern day genocide.

The countries that install facial recognition software to identify Christians who attend worship services.

Ah! so according to this unsourced poster (none of the supposed links go anywhere), there are large numbers of Christians attending church in China.

Who to believe -- poster who says Christianity is outlawed in China or poster who acknowledges the presence of Christians and churches in China?

Perhaps they are one and the same. Contradictions are not unusual among zealots.

The communist government of China is an atheist state.

Christianity is allowed under limited circumstances (state run and monitored facilities/churches) and is highly monitored and persecuted.

Despite all the Chinese communist and atheist government is doing, Christianity grows in China! What a testament to the grace and love of Jesus Christ. People in China risk much to worship Him.

There is no such quote from the associated Press. There is one from an apologist book about Christianity in China. I checked it out, but Just trust me on this == like pp expects to be trusted.

It's about time Christian zealot pp actually took the time to source an article.

It shows how dishonest you are that you claimed there was no such article. It’a good you show you are a liar, it keeps me from having to state it. I don’t like saying such things about people I don’t personally know. But you’ve shown everyone here you are willing to lie over easily verifiable information.

Oops, you just stated it! and pp openly stated he/she just wanted to be trusted on it. Isn't Trust a Christian thing? Or is it just trust in God?

It forced you to actually look it up - Good -- keep it up. No unsourced articles from now on -- and only legitimate sources.

Can we also only speak for ourselves? No more claiming to know the minds of other people and no more making generalizations? It would be great to not be lectured by someone who claims they know what everyone else thinks.

DO. Newsflash for atheist pp: not everything about Christianity, or even everything that corrects misconceptions about Christianity, is “apologist.”

That’s just you flinging around terms you think are sophisticated to try to discredit other posters without actually arguing on merits. Like me calling you a “ranting atheist” not just in response to your constant insults and lies, but even in response to any substantive points you might have.

Atheist/anti-theist pps (two separate pps) claimed that an unverified visit to China and a nameless Chinese Christian guide proved there was no restrictions on Christianity in China. That’s totally unreasonable and proves nothing.

Constant insults and lies are all pp has. Besides an obsession with making bigoted generalizations and the propensity to try to pretend they have knowledge of how every religion thinks and every religious person thinks.

"Apologist" is an academic term. Fine Christian biblical scholars are proud to call themselves apologists.

Yet atheist/anti-theist pp uses it as an insult and with derision. And insists on calling anyone who displays even basic knowledge of Christianity an “apologist,” even when they have no academic training as a scholar. Anti-theist/atheist pp insists on speaking for other people and defining other people, it’s not at all rational.

But people like to react to vernacular interpretations of terms without taking a minute to research what they actually mean. For example, "theory".

pp makes statements above, without providing any evidence of "apologist" being used as an insult and without any knowledge of other pp's educational status.

I am the one you call “apologist.” I know what my education is, I told you clearly, and you persisted in calling me that. What are the other terms you used along with it? Scaremonger? Zealot?
