She comes across as selfish and flakey to me; I think it’s just a personality thing. I have so many friends who love her, but they are all a little flakey too. “Free spirits.” They don’t connect with the books and people I like, either, which is fine. |
I'm going to have to disagree with you here. If these women raised money that went toward a terrorist group, it will indeed be highly problematic. Now you say specifically "they'll prosper" which is interesting. If they received any funding to support these charities which may or may not be linked to a terrorist group or if say a concerning entity gave to Together Rising, it will take time, maybe even years, to uncover this because I don't think charities have to disclose who gives the largest donations. However, we Jews and our allies are pretty tenacious when it comes to going after terrorists organizations that vow to murder us all. You would think she would be concerned about a group that murders people even being suspected of being gay and use rape and torture and allow wife-beating, but that is another post. And yes, terrorism enrages me. |
Seems like she cant get out of yalls heads. |
Together Rising has giving funding to the PCRF. Here is a quote from an article about PCRF, I will also link to the article:
"The PCRF is notorious for its previous close collaboration with the now-defunct Holy Land Foundation, which the U.S. government convicted in 2008 "on charges of providing material support to Hamas, a designated foreign terrorist organization."" Her donors should be asking lots of questions. https://www.meforum.org/65254/the-us-charitable-network-that-subsidizes-hamas |
Also, for proof she supports this charity, which so far has NOT been linked to Hamas, but I assume will be investigated over time, here is an excerpt from her IG post about her interview with Elizabeth Gilbert: Gennon: "Also, to the commenters criticizing me for their belief that I have been silent on the genocide in Palestine: It is simply not true that I have been silent on Palestine, the genocide, or demanding a ceasefire. The truth is (all of which you can find on this feed) that I have been active in standing with and for the people of Palestine since May 2021, and immediately and throughout the most recent bombardments. My nonprofit Together Rising has provided more than $550,000 in life-saving funds to MECA (the Middle East Childrens Alliance) and PCRF (the Palestinian Childrens Relief Fund) for medical supplies, food, hospital generators, and hygiene kits. On this platform, I have repeatedly called for a ceasefire — including a script for how we can all call our leaders to demand a ceasefire —" |
Also from the article: "In 2003, a U.S. Justice Department document noted that a Hamas website featured hyperlinks to "several United States-based charities, including Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, the Islamic Association of Palestine, and the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund."" |
That might be true. Another quote from the article about the charity Glennon supports with y'all's donations: Meanwhile, in 2004, the New York Times quoted an Al Qaeda supporter declaring: "'P.C.R.F. is a front for Islamic Jihad," another Palestinian terrorist group designated in the United States. That same year, Hamas's Holy Land Foundation, then under investigation, applied to have its frozen funds transferred to PCRF. |
Even despite all the corruption of South Africa and their concerning relationship with Hamas, when the case against Israel made it to the International Courth of Justice they ruled that Israel had a right to DEFEND itself and they were not committing genocide. Glennon Doyle is spitting in the face of descendants of Holocaust survivors and the Israelis murdered, raped, and tortured by Hamas by using this term for people fighting in a war they never wanted. |
People are always forwarding me her crap or referencing her “wisdom,” so it’s hard for me to just forget she exists. |
Well she seems to have distanced from PCRF and chosen another controversial charity ANERA and she hadher followers donate a nice sum. About ANERA: "It was previously reported that ANERA had been one of several organizations providing support to the Unlimited Friends Association (UFA), a Gaza-based community group that has praised the terrorist organization Hamas while calling to support, 'the families of martyrs and prisoners.' 14 UFA director Jomaa Khadoura previously posted online calling for Jerusalem to be cleansed of, “the impurity of the Jews,” 15 https://www.influencewatch.org/non-profit/american-near-east-refugee-aid-anera/
Did she have some really bad experiences with Jewish people. I wouldn't even call this passive aggressive at this point. Next she'll have a fundraiser for UNRWA. |
Oh and she posted about the donations on Valentine's day. Such a message of love...she's giving money to an organization that then gives money to an organization that praises a terrorist group which has vowed to do October 7th again and again and again and the leader of said "charity" thinks we need to cleanse Jerusalem of Jews. What will she donate to next? "Friends of the Houthies" or Maybe "Nonprofit for Nazis." |
