On kids forums the same woman who posts on EVERY potty training thread to admonish parents that their children aren’t potty trained if they use a pull-up at night so they shouldn’t say they are potty trained (even if OP says child is trained during day etc). She needs to get a freaking life!

The potty training threads are full of posters whose primary goal seems to be shaming parents (and their kids!) about potty training. It is bizarre. Maybe it’s just one or two posters, but if so, they have turned it into a part-time job. We are struggling with potty training but I’ve resigned myself to the fact that DCUM is not a useful resource for it because the discourse is so mean and judgmental.
