OP here, I just saw someone bumped this.

If anyone is still interested-- the HOA responded to our letter very quickly. They said we must remove the structure from the front of the house within 2 weeks. Not surprising, I guess.

However, good news. My husband was able to train the dogs to run in and out of it. So attaching it to the back door is a viable solution!

So you are scared of a virus that has a very low complication rate to the point where you’re literally behaving like a crazy person, but you have animals running in and out of your house. Got it.

What do you spray on yourself? You are probably increasing your chance of cancer more than you are lowering your Covid risk. You are much more likely to get it by breathing it in- not fomite transfer from surfaces
