I saw a 30 second clip with the sound off. You are correct. He is twitching repeatedly. I missed it the first time because I was expecting a few if his shoulder jerks.

His parents lived well into their 90s and I believe both of them had dementia. People sometimes live a very, very long time with some degenerative brain diseases.

I think this is a slightly different time in the speech from the one linked above and yeah watch him - he’s jerking all over the place. Not the big ones that he covers with “look, look, look” but he’s almost vibrating from side to side and slurring his words. I can’t imagine how many drugs they had to pump him full of in order to get him to look this presentable, but anybody associated in this coverup needs to be prosecuted.
