My mom has Parkinson's. She doesn't wobble like that. I don't see him having tremors, either.

Sorry, I didn’t realize there was more to be concerned about. That looks like he lost the plot, thought he should be doing something like putting his hand over his heart, and then his brain caught up and he put his hand back down.
