Daily mail reporting hunter admits he’s the daddy of the one year old baby, even though he continues to avoid process server for the paternity suit.

How can any women fine this acceptable?!?

Hunter makes his living off joe biden’s Connections. Can’t Joe intervene?

Why do you care? This really is none of your business.

What are all of you folks going to do when the "witnesses" the whistleblower claims to have relied upon, do exactly the same thing that Blasey Ford's "witnesses" did? That is, utterly fail to be able to corroborate her story?

Case in point, Volker. Do you actually believe Volker is going to testify--and he will testify--that he told the whistle blower that the President was acting in violation of the law, as to any issue, and that Volker himself was part of the coverup (by failing to report it)?

Nope, just like the Blasey Ford wrap up job, this thing falls apart as soon as witnesses start testifying.

Which is why whistleblower is so desperate to maintain anonymity.

Just like Blasey Ford tried to do initially. Just like Christopher Steele tried to do.

This trade craft stuff that these guys are so used to doing operationally, where they start up a shartstorm and leave no trace of their own involvement, simply doesn't work in such a high profile environment.

Maybe Mr. Schiff will gift us all with another dramatic reading using pauses and slow speech for emphasis?!

Just stop until you have read the complaint. Volker isn't a source for the whistleblower. Volker is the unfortunate career diplomat who was ordered to be the go-between for Rudy Giuliani's outlaw campaign to tell Ukrainian officials what they needed to claim that they found about 2016 and Biden in order to get a meeting with Trump and get the money appropriated for them by Congress. Volker is subpoenaed to tell by whom, when, where, and how he was ordered to be Rudy's facilitator, what all crazy shit Rudy said, and what the Ukrainians had to say to him about the extortion. Volker probably also knows exactly who was involved in smearing Ambassador Yovanovitch after she rebuffed Rudy's efforts to interfere in U.S. government policy in Ukraine.

Volker is eager to testify. He wouldn't be if he was in any way involved with, or directly or indirectly had knowledge of, any wrong doing. He is going to defend his honor and blow this ridiculousness right out of the water.

And that's why the I.G. for the State Dept. asked for an emergency meeting with Congress tomorrow. He has some material he needs to show Congress so that they stop what they're doing, most likely, because members of Congress are implicated in this set-up.

I think Joe Biden is a decent guy who should have run in 2020 and never should have entered this race. He’s too old and he’s just defeated.

Hunter lost his mom and sister in a car wreck. Got a step mom, was raised in the public eye, then lost his hero brother. And struggles with substance abuse, which is a disease that’s ruined good families I know. By BFF is trying to co-parent 4 kids with a functional opioid addict who is just short of being bad enough to lose custody and God Lord. I’ve known them for 20 years and would have never believed they’d end up here.

None of this excuses the fact Hunter’s a mess, but it does provide context.

He clearly failed upward. He clearly would not have the resume without Dad. And this makes him like lots of other political kids, from the Kennedy Family to the Bush Family. They get where they are through connections. Everyone knows their private business.

I don’t think he did anything illegal. I also don’t think his behavior speaks well of him though.

I don’t think Hunters behavior disqualifies his dad, per se. But, I think his dads decision to run after passing in 2016, at nearly 80, with this Hunter-Ukraine stuff out there showed really bad judgement. Trumps been on this rant for years. This was 1000% predictable. Joe should have retired. Stumped for the nominee and not exposed his kid to this.

No, Trump shouldn’t have the power to keep Biden out of the race with dumb conspiracy theories. But we are where we are in 2019. And in my moral universe, you look at the drug addict kid who lost his mom and two brothers and you protect him, rather than putting him in Trump’s crosshairs.

But here’s the bigger point. We need to decide as a country if and when adult political children are fair game. If they get caught committing a crime, of course you let the process play out. But do you go looking for a crime because Dad is the enemy? Do you us official power to pressure people to find crimes. This targeting the kids makes me nauseous. If you are Javanka and join the Administration, you are held accountable like any other Fed. Which is why it’s a bad idea. If you run dads campaign and commit crimes, you also should be held accountable. But Eric and certainly Tiffany? Hunter Biden? The Obama girls? The Bush twins? Leave them alone. They can’t help who their parents are.

You draw a distinction between simply being a politicians child and joining the administration, or running the parent’s campaign.

I generally agree.

But Hunter crossed that line when he flew to China on air force 2 and came home with a billion in Chinese government investment.

You're crazy?

There's a guy called Joe Biden who's running for President.

Hunter is his boy.
Anonymous

It's easy.

Even if Hunter was the most corrupt person on the planet, it still wouldn't excuse a sitting President using the power of his office to dirty his political opponent, via his son.

Frankly, this is a "kids of powerful people" situation. There are lots of undeserving Hunters making an easy living in the world today. However there is no evidence he has done anything illegal. His father may not come out of this unscathed, but this is for voters to decide, not the White House. The President is expected to control his baser impulses and act ethically at all times.
