All the dads obviously crushing on this one (married) mom - why?

So much focus in this thread on women’s bodies, so few men being held accountable for their actions.

Which actions? Be precise. This is a thread about a woman that men enjoy talking to. Which actions?

“Meanwhile, I notice all the men practically falling over themselves to talk to her, be close to her, I see their stares, etc. It’s almost embarrassing,”

I would regret being married to such a guy. There's married losers everywhere that act horrible when their wives aren't around. More than a few idiots at that school I guess.

I've never lived in n France but this sounds ideal. I miss being able to talk to men b.c of jealous wives.

OMG. Will the ridiculous European stereotypes never end on this board? It’s embarrassing.

Doubtful they've lived in France, lol. No one thinks you shouldn't talk to married men, that's ridiculous. Flirting and trying to have relationships not work related is what was said.

I had a classmate in grad school who was average looking brunette, no makeup, with a thin boyish figure, but she always had guys lining up to date her. She got hit on right and left.

After going out with her a few times I figured it out. She would ratchet up the smiles and ego stroking whenever she was around men (flirty banter, laughing hysterically at everything they say). It was remarkable how easily she got male attention in any setting.

It's called being charming. If you can do it authentically, it works with both sexes. It's about making people feel good about themselves. Being attractive helps of course.

Gee - what a surprise that men like women with an outgoing personality! Yes, she may have pushed it a bit but still.

Well I was 26 at the time and I had never seen someone with average looks have a 100% success rate with men. It was like observing a different species. And really, she could hook guys with just a smile. It was fascinating.

The whole being nice thing works wonders. I could get a date with a little more than a smile and a genuine compliment. Doesn't just work on men.

It's me. A gift and a curse, I assure you. No worries, love. I won't steal your husband. I'm actually more attracted to women these days anyway.

Maybe she's just pleasant to be around? People like to be around nice, pleasant people. Not sourpusses that judge other women's bodies.

So true. I would take a $100K pay cut for a fit wife.

This is the most romantic thing I've read on here.

How on earth is that romantic? Are you being facetious? He devalues whoever his current wife is. And objectifies women and puts tremendous value on physical attributes over everything else.

You mean as opposed to woman who values a man’s money over everything else?

I want to have non-work related relationships with men outside of work. My DH'S friends specifically. They are fun! But if I try to talk to them...there's drama with the wives
