I don't disagree. Just find it sad because her life was posting about this house and how much she loved it on Instagram. Now she's stuck in a rental she was clearly fed up with a tiny kitchen.

Dude the rental is nice. She has 3 kids not 9. A family of 4 can comfortably live in her rental. The reality is she had no money going into the marriage and now outside of the marriage also has no money. Luckily this story is getting juicer by the minute and she can sell stories to US weekly and People and hop back on the Housewives circuit. She can make 700k this year if she tries...prob more. Then she can buy a house outrigh and eventually go back to the real world and get a normal job. Her kids college educations will be paid for and she can just worry about the basic monthly expenses.

Not living in St. Louis she can't.

And moving back to L.A. is impossible - because a) she's not even on the show anymore, and b) Jim is a dick who would contest his kids moving half a country away just to lord it over her. If he gets partial custody and he will because he hasn't done anything abusive to any of his children, she will need to stay right where she is.

So she is stuck in Missouri as for the rental - she's the one who said she was sick of it not me. Considering her Master Sub-Closet would have been bigger than her current kitchen I can see why.

Funny - less than two weeks later the judge has in fact awarded Jim 50/50 custody.

According to Radar Online, Megs and JimCan’tKeepHisDadJeansZipped have agreed to sharing 50/50 guardianship of their kids. And I use the word “agreed” very loosely. Apparently the arrangement was coordinated by their lawyers. Meghan is reportedly “not happy” with the arrangement and Jim is said to be “thrilled”. Jim is what my kids would call a “try hard”. He’s trying really hard to be the perfect father.

His support of adult kids is voluntary and won’t discount his obligation to support minor kids. I assume there was a prenup that covers spousal support. I think nannies are needed bc she is gone for long, long periods with the sick child getting treatments.

She’s only gone on long trips because she chose to have the kid’s occupational therapy in CALIFORNIA.

No way that’s going to roll in divorce court. Those plane tickets, hotel stays, and at least half the medical bills will be on her dime (especially if these treatments are voluntary rather than necessary).
