Not sure I understand about the “poor kids”, too. I don’t think he will be less involved. Maybe it is better for them to see their parents straighten their lives to finally admit they have grown apart (if it not some financial ploy). They can have the best therapists.
My parents stayed married and I was so hoping my dad would finally protect us from our crazy ass mom who boarded up the place leaving no room for us to live the life.
Maybe Bezos is a jerk and it’s a good move for the kids. We just don’t know enoght to judge.

How much do you think he really sees those kids? She probably does everything and he comes/goes as he please with a few minutes here or there. A therapist as the answer is not an answer and many therapists are more screwed up than their patients/clients. He cheated and broke up the family. Now their private business is headline in the news.

Well if He is not so involved then apparently they won’t suffer that much (they will of course but just less than if he were a hands on dad).
Yes publicity will be painful for them but I am sure they will process it (therapists!)
If someone wants to cheat they cannot be stopped and it is better to just process it and carry on.

the parents didn't grow apart. there are pictures of them that are less than 18 months old where they seem very close and happy. nobody knew about their separation until national enquirer was ready to drop the cheating pictures.

bezos met someone else and fell in love. not because something was missing from his marriage but because these things happen sometimes. his wife was probably his only sexual partner; she made the first move and this woman probably made the first move as well.

my bet is that bozos wife is probably devastated. money is irrelevant. people who focus on that calling this a 'christmas gift' because she won't need to be with this unattractive man any more know nothing. maybe she will feel good eventually but it will be a long road. mckanzie chose this man as a young college graduate. losing a husband of 25 years with 4 kids and all that has happened to them (growing a huge business together) so suddenly must be a terrible shock.
