Switching gears here somewhat... after watching Kavanaugh's opening statement, I would go after him for not being unbiased and judicial.

How on earth can he ever hear a case that involves a liberal leaning group or a Democrat and not have a personal bias? He clearly indicated his disdain for the left which means he would have to recuse himself from those cases.
