White Christmas

My mom and I watched this movie every Christmas from childhood until her recent death last year. I sobbed every time I heard it this Christmas and I couldn’t bear to watch the movie.

I Will Renemer You

One Sweet Day

My mom has Lewy Bodies. We lose little bits of her each day that passes and it's devastating. I think a lot about my childhood, the home I grew up in. Those are the memories I desperately want to keep. I don't want to remember her this way, she doesn't deserve to die this way.

It hurts....I know. All my best to you.

The Promise by Tracy Chapman. There are lots of theories as to what it’s about but I think it’s from the perspective of a baby who dies and promises it’s mom it will find her again. Just gut wrenching.
