New poster. I certainly don't think anybody deserves death due to anything they said or posted. I am not naive and certainly understand that kids not only talk about sex but have sex. However, some of these tweets go beyond "sexual" talk, they show signs of aggression ("fuck any bitch," "2 Glock 40s bitch you got 80 problems"). No, this is not typical teen talk. Since I haven't seen all of the evidence, I am refraining from speculating as to what happened. Obviously, it was tragic and Trayvon didn't need to, and shouldn't have, died. However, I can certainly imagine plausible scenarios where Trayvon became aggressive and GZ did feel like he was acting in self-defense. Is this what happened? I don't know. None of us know.

What is wrong with you? Despite some relatively minor problems, Trayvon has NO history of physical violence. NONE of his school suspensions were for violent acts, fights or anything else. NONE. He had no juvenile record either. He seems like the typical teenage boy with raging hormones, expressing himself online. If you think teens don't talk like this, you're incredibly naive. Tough talk does not mean you're going to do these things in real life. Get a clue.

Zimmerman, on the other hand, has a past that primarily is about physical violence. Against a woman and a police officer. This guy seems to have anger management issues made worse because he knows Daddy will clean up his problems.

Given this comparison, how the hell do you conclude that Trayvon is the violent one of the two?

I'm convinced that Zimmerman was a guy who couldn't fight and he bit off more than he could chew when he engaged with Trayvon. Either out of frustration or hurt pride, he shot the boy.

It is plausible (and possibly even probable) that Zimmerman was the aggressor. The fact is, we don't know what happened.

And if my kids ever posted on twitter, FB, etc. about "hoes," "fucking any bitch," weed or guns, they will lose their access to these networks. Most teens I know keep their postings non-violent, use tamer (and less derogatory to woman) terms like "hooking up."

Zimmerman's testimony, the 911 tape seem to depict one chain of event: he stalked the kid until he got a hold of him, TM rightfully tried to defend himself against some psycho coming out of nowhere, Z quickly realized the kid was not going to be easily subdued, Z pulls out gun and shoots TM.

Only one person in this case has been in a court over violent acts, and it isn't Trayvon. That mugshot of Zimmerman didn't come from the night of the incident.

Before we start deciding this thing based on Facebook posts, maybe we should look at court appearances.

I think the police gave him some first aid, but no injuries serious enough to warrant a hospital visit. I think a huge gash in the back of your head and a broken nose would = hospital visit.
