I'm in favor of, as are many/most Iranian Americans.

White women stupidly elected a conman felon.

White people need to clean up their mess.

Black women can rightfully put their feet up.

—white woman who understood the assignment and is giving a side-eye to her very disappointing fellow GenX

What’s up with people announcing what age group they’re in by way of the name given. Why not just say I’m 55 if you think age is relevant.

No, Black women cannot put their feet up. They live in this country. Everyone needs to step up. The White women mostly in northern states who voted for Harris are stepping up.

Black woman here. Not risking my life for yall anymore, thanks. We've done our marching, our campaigning, our pleading for change, our voting. Yall rejected us and voted for Trump. Like PP said, you all can fix it now. I wash my hands of it. I will do what I can to protect myself and my family, and if things get bad enough I will leave. But I couldn't give less of AF about this country and most of the people in it at this point, and I too am side eyeing most white people over the age of 35. You all say the right things, but the votes reveal the truth. And most white people might not hate people like me, but you don't care enough to sacrifice literally anything. So I'm done. Clean up your own mess.

Don't hit the door on the way out! Thankful you'll be making room for productive *legal* immigrants.

Need 12 million people to reach the 3.5% at which change is effected.

June 2025 was about 4 to 6 million and October was 5 to 7 million.

Will people be more energized or have they reached protest exhaustion?

They’re sick of wasting their time because nothing changes.

LOL. That's absolutely not true. If anything, it brings a collective, inspiring energy. That's worth it's weight in gold. To know that there are decent humans out there. Every honk from every passing car in support alters the negative MAGA energy swirling around our once-great country.

Trump wants us to stay home, so if you don't want to listen to him, go out for an hour on Saturday.

You just made the PP’s point. It it only makes people feel good without effecting change. What is the point? You have to hit Trump’s pocketbooks if you want to stop him.

Historically protests have mattered. And, any inspiration leads to action, so I disagree. I can't believe this has to be explained.

Also, the only way to hit Trump's pocketbook is to stop paying taxes, since he's raiding the Treasury. Are you not paying taxes in April? Otherwise, stop your nonsense.

This is a yes and situation. We need mass protests.(I'd actually say we need mass protests on the daily for at least 3-12 months to create change.) We also need to legally withhold some tax money but not buying anything. If every democrat stopped buying things that aren't needed to survive (no new cars, no going out to eat, no crap off Amazon, etc, etc) we might get somewhere.

Does anyone planning to go anticipate taking extra security measures for themselves like masking, wearing sunglasses if that works against recognition systems or leaving smart devices at home?

My phone will be in airplane mode. I will be wearing a hat and sunglasses, and a mask to help with the pollen.

I have considered infrared blocking sunglasses.

Let me get this straight. The worry is that ICE is going to target protesters at the same time that we are all spelling billions and billions and billions of dollars of our tax money to bomb a country over their targeting of protesters? That would make no sense.

Neither the war in Iran or what ICE has been doing “make sense”. Electing a bankrupt, demented reality show character as POTUS makes no sense. Destroying the physical structures of both the White House and the Kennedy Center makes no sense. Are you starting to see a pattern here?

Instead of wasting your time posting on here with your TDS, you should be helping your fellow communist Brothers in Cuba who are suffering because of Maduros arrest and their reliance on Venezuela.

Feel for your DCs if your illogic analyis has at all been imparted to them.

I’m half Iranian and I am not in favor of this. Pick your poison.

lol: You’re spewing out trash like a wind-up toy. Did you notice that not one single word of your comment has anything at all to do with the comment that you’re responding to? Are you being paid to plop that crap out randomly?

The more people stick together, the more the billionaire class understands there is more than us than there is of them.

Stop doing Trump's dirty work!

Under fascism, kindness is resistance.

Oh sweet, dumb child, when this is all over and we declareMaga to be a domestic terrorist organization, maybe you’ll be the one that gets deported to make space for decent human beings.

Some people eat their own hair, it doesn’t mean it’s a movement that anyone cares about. You can cheer on an illegal war all day long, no one cares.

If there were good looking thirty-something females at these AARP jazzercise group classes I’d swing by.
