Someone else said they found superbills under Messages not Billing in their portal.

It doesn’t sound like the existing business model could support the costs if clinicians are going to be paid out of the owner’s personal pocket. And it sounds like they are acknowledging their ethical responsibilities and trying to set up a means to meet them.

If it's true that their problems were financial and caused by patient families' job loss, etc., that was known ahead of time. There's no excuse for a last minute chaotic shut down, with no notice to anyone.

Agreed. The loss of fed jobs started at the beginning of 2025. Feds who took a buyout were getting their last checks in September. The shutdown began Oct. 1. Maybe a shutdown was unavoidable. Shutting down the WAY they did? In the middle of a holiday break, giving no notice to anyway? THAT was avoidable.

I think it's more likely that the center was on shaky financial footing to begin with for who knows what reason, and losing a number of families might have made the whole house come tumbling down. But this is not the way a healthy organization does business.

From the article it seems unsurprising that the combination of the family dynamic and the elderly founder being left holding the rope led to the chaotic and sudden closure.

This looks like an elderly mom taking one last bullet for her daughter trying to shield her from the consequences of her actions, yet again. Very sad that someone who has accomplished so much feels the need to throw themselves on the grenade at the end of her career to protect her child. Langdon needs to take responsibility for her actions.

Unfortunately I don't see anything there. It just keeps saying that I need to be connected to a provider to use the site. If someone has been able to retrieve their statements, please share the secret.

The webpage claims they are answering emails sent to info@... I don't know if that's actually true.

In the past I have only ever been able to access invoices by having them email them to me and then I get them in messages.
I’m sorry. This whole situation sucks

I almost worked there as a contractor; each practitioner sets their own fees; they earned 60 percent of what there fee was/is. Did anyone say that less people were being seen? That clients dropped off?

So, the owners should not have been paying clinicians "from their own pockets." If you don't bill you don't get paid.

Wow

This is a lame bogus untrue excuse. It's not like the numbers declined so abruptly that they made a choice to not communicate to clients in need (it's not like anyone there was there for the fun of it) and families and to just drop contract employees at the last minute.

This place is notorious for getting kids sent away to long term treatment centers. Recently their rehab specialist has been caught sending over 1500 kids to these traumatizing programs. David levin you are scum

PP again. To clarify clinicians were not employees, they were 1099 contractors. They paid their own taxes, got no vacation or sick leave, paid for own health insurance.

I’m so curious how the Banner had access to all of those “internal emails”?
