Yeah because he's been objectively worse. He has zero touchdowns this season.

Do you even understand the game of football? He is a 35 year old tight end in the twilight of his career. Peak age for that position is 25-30. A tight end is a hybrid position, meaning that receiving the ball and scoring is only part of what the position is responsible for. Blocking for the runner or receiver is also a big part of the position. Common sense should tell you that a 35 year old has lost some speed, and it is completely normal for a team to utilize their younger, faster receivers for scoring, especially early in the season. That does not diminish his value to the team, as he showed yesterday. In no way does it have anything to do with Taylor Swift, and whether she is or isn’t at the game.

He gets paid to score. If he ends the season with only two or three touchdowns the Chiefs will unload him.

This proves you know nothing about Travis and his relationship with Coach Reed. Under no circumstances, would coach unload Travis Kelce! It’s absurd to even think that. He signed the biggest contract for a tight end, knowing it would be his last few years. Pretty sure he talked about this extensively on new Heights?

Eh. I don't think Reid would keep him around for old time's sake. His job is to win, and if Travis isn't contributing... I don't think Travis will let it come to that. He will retire before they get rid of him. It's time for him to retire. What an amazing life, right? Retire a rich man at 35 and have the rest of your life ahead of you to do other things? Good for him!

He’s already said he’s only playing for another season or two. And Coach Reid needs Travis as a leader on that team with all the other shenanigans that go on. He is a positive influence, a leader, a motivator.

No, Taylor does not complain about that. In fact, there is a posted a video of her a few pages back, where she talks about accepting that as part of fame. If you can prove otherwise, please do. Even in Miss Americana documentary, it shows everyone waiting outside her house and she’s not complaining. She says I recognize this is not normal 😂. The only thing she “complains” about publicly is stalkers, death threats, untrue stories.

She can complain and also accept it. Quote below:

Thats from 12 years ago when she was 22.

Typical Swiftie.

1. Give me proof.
2. Proof given.
3. The proof doesn’t count! It is from when she was 22!

She doesn’t give interviews these days (except one to Time Magazine) so when would she ever complain? You have to speak to complain. 😂

Of course she complains.

He’s currently getting double and even triple teamed; that’s insanely valuable to the Chiefs. It’s happening because Mahomes’ game is a bit off and their other receivers are young and untested, so doubling Travis & leaving a rando uncovered is better bang their buck then 1-to-1. If Travis wasn’t there, rando (like the rookie who had a huge game this past weekend) would be covered normally and not scoring. The DCUM and football crowds clearly don’t overlap much.

She "speaks" plenty - on her social media, at concerts and awards show acceptances etc. Think of her recent lengthy post on the upcoming election.

I am sure she does not love all the paparazzi all the time. The point is she does not complain in a "woe is me" dramatic and out of touch way and has not got many years. She realizes that being a billionaire pop star comes with tradeoffs and she has an image and persona to project.

Lol you are both wrong because Reid doesn't make final decisions on personnel -- while he weighs in ultimately he works with the team they build for him. Like the players he's considered the hired help.

Kelce will have the option of returning next season but basically only if the Chiefs (meaning front office not Andy Reid) want him on the roster. He has no guaranteed money but a "roster bonus" of 17 million if he makes a roster spot. 17m is a lot of money so I guarantee that Kelce's current plan is to come back for 2025 -- he'd be an idiot not to at least try. However the Chiefs are protected in that if he's hurt or just not producing or doesn't add value to the team they can just not give him a roster spot and save themselves 17 million which again is a lot of money. They won't spend it if they don't think he will be a contributing member of the team or if they have better options. However a serious consideration for them will be the potential revenue Kelce brings in via interest in seeing him play (and maybe seeing his famous GF in the stands at a game) -- that's worth real money in ticket sales and merchandise sales and TV viewership.

But in the end it will be a business decision on both ends. Unless someone screws up these conversations will be had in private and early enough to give Kelce an opportunity for a proper swan song and retirement announcement so that no matter what happens it looks like his choice even if it's not. That part is in everyone's interest because it's better PR all around.

I like how not only is Travis's game not at all worthy of criticism. In fact, he's doing better than ever for the team. Meanwhile, Mahomes is obviously a bit off and bonus, rando had a great game. Gosh, is there anything Taylor Swift's boyfriend can't do?

With recent injuries to Chiefs offensive players, it’s a guarantee this will be Kelce’s worst statistical season ever - by a mile. Seems like a perfect time for them to break up, then he can blame it on being wounded from the breakup.

She doesn’t complain, she files lawsuits

I’m sure that is just “her team” because swifties are able to split her like a narcissist does;

Good thing= Taylor did it and she oversees all amazing things

Bad thing= her team did it, BUT even so they were completely justified!!!!

Why are people so invested in them breaking up? And don’t say so you can watch football in peace. I watch a lot of football and she’s just not shown or discussed much at all during Chiefs games, ZERO in other games. So beyond that, what makes you want them broken up? Will your life somehow get better?
