Disastrous CNN interview. Americans have the money to spend on groceries.
Joe will be doing the occasional phot op over the summer, short teleprompter speeches and no questions. Let’s see how that strategy works out. |
That’s what Trump did and got impeached. |
LOL, no, did Biden withhold the arms for personal gain? Please show how they are the same. |
DP but come on. It’s an election year and he is struggling in battleground states specifically with the youth vote. His position on this has changed. Of course he has personal gain with this. |
He isn't struggling. He is up 5 in Wiscoinsin a about the same in Michigan (in the bigger polls, not the ones with under 400 polled) The fact is, Israel is acting outside of international law and without any humanitarian humility for the civilians. Biden and Europe have been trying to mediate an impossible situation. The GOP would simply encourage the absolute destruction of 2 million Palestinians so Jared can get his beachfront property developed. |
He expedited shipments and made sure Israel is stocked up before making his ridiculous election pitch. Biden is playing the same role he has played all along, providing political cover for the Genocide. Either overtly through arms shipment and propaganda amplification or covertly through pretense of humanitarian concerns and negotiations. Biden buys time and space for Israel to execute the genocide. |
Trump is up 0.5 in Wisconsin, 1.2 in Michigan, 1.8 in Pa. These are aggregations of the latest battleground polls. “Poll after poll" suggests a huge shift in the electorate, said Politico: "Biden is struggling with young voters but performing better than most Democrats with older ones." This is a reversal, as Democratic candidates typically win the youth vote while Republicans lead with seniors. The polls may be wrong — they did underestimate Trump in the last two elections. But "if these changes are real, it would have profound effects on the coalitions both campaigns are building," Politico added. Biden still leads Trump in voters ages 18 to 29, but that margin is much smaller than it was four years ago; and if Trump's young voters are fewer than Biden's, they are also more enthusiastic. “ SO spare me the idea that this has no personal gain for Biden in an election year when he is trying to woo young voters. |
Trump demanded that Ukraine make up stuff about Biden in order to get weapons. Biden demanded that Israel not commit war crimes. The two are not at all similar. |
Why are our tax dollars going to that?
Why are we paying for their weapons? |
Because Congress voted for it in a bipartisan vote. WSJ: “Congress approved military aid to Israel in April, 79–18 in the Senate and 366–58 in the House. The overwhelming votes, including a majority of both parties, marked an important defeat for the anti-Israel left.” |
If you don't get the difference between "I want you to do me a favor though and manufacture BS against Joe Biden so I have election fodder in 2020" versus Biden trying to tread a ridiculous needle with Netanyahu, with support from our allies, I don't know what to tell you. |
Nice spin but the quote was “did Biden withhold the arms for personal gain” and the overwhelming evidence I showed you is that yes, he did. |
Look at the charts, these numbers have been moving towards Biden over the last 6 months. The Dems have over 100 campaign offices set up across the country. The GOP has none. The Dems have more than twice the amount of cash on hand to the GOP. The Dems have many more individual and small donors than the GOP. I am not saying it won't be close, but to suggest this is an election ploy and not, you know, the right thing to do in the name of being a humanitarian and encouraging a ceasation of hostilities is really cynical. |
We have always paid for all their weapons. And send them billions in economic assistance each year. They are the top recipent of US "aid". We literally pay for their country, which is why its nuts that they try and boss us around. |
