Coaching staff at Visi

Still no Visi Coach?

Any leads?

Any recent communications from the AD (who is is the only one worth a damn over there)?

Will there actually be a dad coach?

Of course there will be a dad coach this Spring.

Visi’s program will gradually suffocate itself after this spring, they can’t get out of their own ways.

Can’t imagine any top 2028 will even consider Visi for admissions and their 2027 class is average.

ISL will turn into a two horse race between SR and the Saints from here on out.

Expect to see Potomac and Holy Child continue to climb.

The lack of any pushback on any of these and similar prior points lead me to believe they are likely on target. What a shame such a great program is on the verge of collapse.

This is actually really sad. There are some excellent players at Visi and the school is leaving them out to dry as well as the girls who could be great in a few years.

As people have said, these coaches aren’t exactly crawling out of the woodwork so it sounds like if not for the dad coach, there would be no coach?

Yup. Dad coach to the rescue again. About time we show some appreciation for them. Where are all the female coaches???

Maybe they can recruit one of the nuns to coach.

I hope you are all messing around with the dad coach joke. That can't be a thing that is happening. Right?

Who in the area would be a good choice?
I would like to see what people think.
Clearly they will not hire an inexperienced coach.
Also-- because a person was All American and has a big name does not mean that they will be a good coach...

There are a few qualified ones in Fairfax county that should be pursued.

I can't comment on the Visi coaching but I think many of these schools can be competitive in the ISL AA, including Visi. Visi will always have the advantage of having the largest pool of girls (biggest HS) with multi-generational alum families dedicated to the school who wouldn't consider sending their daughters elsewhere. My point is that the forum tends to write off teams before they start and there are surprises. Take a look at the various ISL sports this fall. Yes, strong programs are strong but there are dark horses too. Everyone knows their little corner of the world but aren't paying attention to what is going on elsewhere.

Did HC hire a new coach?

There’s a red flag that two big time coaches left Visi. Any school would be lucky to have them. Maybe treat the coaches with a little more respect and appreciation and you wouldn’t have so much turnover.
