That won’t happen here. Immigrants (legal or otherwise) that commit violent crimes are deported immediately after they serve their sentence. A violent crime like this even makes you ineligible for asylee status under the international conventions on refugees and non refoulenent. If he doesn’t get killed in jail (decent chance because he seems very off), he’ll be sent back to his home country to assault women there.
