Did you notice that he appears to be shirtless in his mug shot? I think he must be really mentally disturbed to assault someone under circumstances where he was so likely to be caught. I do wonder about the circumstances of how he got here….some of the children that come as unaccompanied minors (or even with parent a) are raped by the coyote gangs. He seems like a really damaged person. It’s sad to think he probably had a mom at some point that thought she could make a better life for him getting him here. I believe it's standard to get him some mental health treatment. Release him. Let him rape someone else. Get him some mental health treatment. Let him wander out of the treatment facility. Rape someone. Then, buy him a tent and send him to Union Station.
