Otherwise very good. I’m 50 and can handle without reading glasses!

I'm going to remove the cancel button. We have survived 15 years without it so I imagine it won't be missed.

Maybe you should keep track of the forum traffic stats, in case it starts going down.

Get rid of the “reply” button next to the “quote” button?

If it doesn’t nest the reply it’s not helpful.

I went back to the legacy version pretty quickly. Something about the shading, white space, and boldness of the topic headers and increased font size is hurting my eyes on my laptop. But I also keep my screen brightness pretty dimmed all the time and run f.lux, so I'm willing to accept that my eyes are more sensitive to brightness than other people's might be.

Thank you for posting the link to the old site. I’m on it now and it’s so much easier to use. Please keep the old link active.

I have been trying to get used to the new one all day but find posts hard to read and difficult to the reply to with the reply and quote options. I could get used to it eventually but the original site seems easier on the eye.

I’m in my mid 40s and on an iPhone 13

Just discovered there is a new design and I love it so far. The old one was a pain on the phone!
Thank you!

Also, adding to my prior feedback, I don’t like the ads in the middle of the posts vs the top, bottom and sides.

If there are 20 posts quoted in the previous post, you may not want to quote all of that text. It is less important now that we collapse quotes, but it used to be important and I still think there are times when you might not want to quote (e.g. you are replying to a post that contains a bunch of images or embedded tweets). It is a pain to delete a lot of text on a phone.

Previously you could jump to a page on a thread by entering the page number. Is there a way to still do that?

Yes, there is box at the end of the page numbers that says "go". Click that and a box to enter a page number will pop up,

If you can be clear and detailed about what you don't like about the pc layout, I will consider making changes. I've been making tweaks all day.
