TJ fathered a kid in college and cheated on his first wife....not unexpected. But, he's a love-bombing narcissist. You can see how he is bombing Amy right now.

Amy runs fast (and I don't mean her running habit). She also ended a marriage because of cheating and there were lots of rumors in the newsroom prior to TJ.

They are both old now, Amy even 5-years older than him. She is about to turn 50 and while pretty, is starting to look weathered and that has to prompted the need to go out and bang someone else's husband for the flattery and love-bombing.

It really is like watching a bunch of teenagers when you see the pics and photos. They used about as much common sense as teenagers cutting school when mom and dad are out of the house.

From the spousal photos and recent vacations with lovey-dovey photos--it's clear their spouses were blind-sided when the caught wind this summer. That is such a gut punch with that many years and kids to be lied and betrayed so egregiously. And, wth do they tell the kids now? Dad is all over the Internet playing grab-ass with your babysitter's mom and mom is filmed doing the walk of shame out of a "friend of the family's" apartment.

She has grown kids, breast cancer survivor, late 40s,both her and hubby in second marriage-who knows what marriage was like, not saying what she is doing OK but I guess she wanted the dopamine rush....I feel like she is compromising way less than him--leaving wife who was never before married with young kid....

This is good for ratings and viewership. People that never watched will now tune in to see what happens and how this thing evolves. ABC said it is taking a 'wait and see' approach.

To me, it's one thing if these two were single and it was discovered they were dating, but quite another thing when they the hosts are both married with blended families of kids with different parents and 1 divorce under each of their belts and they blindsided their spouses.

The latter speaks directly to their poor character. The former does not, even if there was a workplace rule about dating co-workers.

I didn't know they were in a relationship, married to other people, or any of that. Their relationship doesn't change my opinion of either of them. I still like their reporting, ABC, GMA, etc, and will continue to watch.

I am not a cheater (have to put that disclaimer, because inevitably someone will come and call me a home wrecker or whatnot). I simply do not care about what they do in their private lives. Relationships are messy, with many shades of gray. None of us know the ins and outs of their current or previous relationships.

Actually, for those who have a conscience, it's hard to live with the guilt about the hurt one has caused others. On the other hand, there have always been those who do not care if they are dishonest and hurt others.
