Tesla had an entire "customer service" team dedicated to canceling appointments from car owners who were pissed that their Tesla didn't have the range that they had been promised.

Don’t get another Tesla. I’m not going to. But there aren’t better EV options for road trips at the moment.

We've had our Tesla since 2018 and it's fine.

There are a lot of EV drivers who aren't driving cars made by Musk, though.
