“Black” is the operative word

If it were “white,” Bowser would have the National Guard locking down DC

If black voters want this, that's what they get.

+1. Lots of votes for this woman from POC. Again.

This must be a troll post. It’s too insane. But you almost got me!

White woke voters want this. They say they are for saving black lives, but they look the other way from black on black crime that has ruined countless young lives. That did the same thing in fighting to keep schools closed, claiming it was to protect vulnerable black kids. And then no peep from them when the data show that these vulnerable kids fell off a cliff during them pandemic thanks to virtual school. Thanks, Becky! That’s equity for ya!

The left didn't kill people on Jan 6th and try to hang the VP

The left did not cause the deaths in Charlottesville.

The left is not bringing Proud Boys and Oath Keepers to the streets and rallies

The left is not screaming they will jail anyone who they don't like.

The left did not put up hanging nooses around a stuffed head of Fauci at Rehoboth beach fun land for KIDS!

The left doesn't have F republicans on t-shirts for children.

I rest my case. MOVE along MAGA

Many of us are logical, reasonable people who do not equate a small, extreme subset with an entire group. Many of us are tired of this binary “you are with me or you are a horrible human” mindset.

We have to ignore bots and the simple-minded.

so you blame white woke folks for the excuse that is DCPS - and its actions during the pandemic? Why not the Mayor? Or Ferebee? Your response underscores the problem.

So maybe there’s a hidden blessing in an uptick in nuisance crimes like car break-ins, robberies and carjacking. This occurred to me after reading all the “crime concern” threads and posts - and realizing they all sound like trumpers.

Bring on the petty crime then! If it’s driving these people out of the city then it’s a GOOD thing.

Jesus Christ you’re a moron.

These people are all emotion and no reason. Just all around weak mentally (and likely physically as well since were on the topic of how awful 90% of the posters here are as overall human beings).

ITA. A moron and a psychopath. Why would anyone in their right mind welcome crime or any kind? Is OP suggesting that "petty crime" is ok, and what exactly is "petty crime"? OP sounds like one of the idiots trying to reform our justice system to the point of extreme (like Illinois is trying to do). Slippery slope, these days "petty crime" encompasses things like assaults, burglaries, robberies (even with firearms), things that traumatize people to the point where they have to move or start taking matters in their own hands.

OP, you are a jokester or an idiot. "Nuisance" crime hurts people in disadvantaged communities the most, they are the ones with fewer options to move and end up bearing the brunt of increased crime rates.
