Employee Not Participating in Review Process

I don’t understand how this worked. Did you not see the peer/reports feedback before you did the actual review? How did you not know about that beforehand?

She never said she was going in to the review blind. She said he was not complying with the process to do a Self Review or schedule a mutually agreeable time.

The 360 process must have gone on, and his peer or up/down reviews were very negative. That plus his belligerent attitude would definitely make the situation down session a “doozy.” Hopefully there were more than 2 people in the room for that kind of review.
