She never said she was going in to the review blind. She said he was not complying with the process to do a Self Review or schedule a mutually agreeable time.

The 360 process must have gone on, and his peer or up/down reviews were very negative.  That plus his belligerent attitude would definitely make the situation down session a “doozy.” Hopefully there were more than 2 people in the room for that kind of review. [/quote]
