And yes, preference goes to teams/clubs that have been there before. Next Level is finding that out the hard way. Solid 27s and younger but no solid history and no connections.

How can NL get over this hurdle?

They should sign up Lax For The Cure West in December which would give them some priority for Lax For the Cure and Live Love Lax for next year.
