Just wait couple of days for all the media/reporters to review all the legal pleadings and supporting documentations that were filed in the divorce case. Be patient.

Considering that Wade was held in contempt for not turning over all applicable docs, there is certainly more to come.
These records were sealed long before revelations about his conduct and finances were made.

And, his wife's attorney has said they plan to question him about his conduct and finances.

If there's nothing there, why did Wade request that the records be sealed?

Because it's in a divorce proceeding. This is not unusual at all.

Most divorces in GA are not sealed.

They may have removed some documents completely off of the case docket & case file to protect certain information/individuals. Remember, those lovebirds have been around that part of GA for decades as assistant prosecutor and/or traffic court magistrate PI attorney before.

Need to conduct a thorough investigation (forensic IT, forensic accounting) of the court docketing system in light of the 107 documents that were secretly deleted from the J6 committee prior to handing over the J6 files.

The media reports that it's actually the opposite. Normally divorce proceedings are part of the public record, as they are in most states, and anyone can request to see the divorce records. It is only in unusual circumstances that divorce records are sealed.

Divorce proceedings are a matter of public record in Georgia, as they are in other states, if you handle your divorce in court. Anyone can request to see your divorce records, generally by going through the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Wade immediately asked for the divorce record to be sealed the day after he was appointed a special prosecutor by Willis. So, it seems that he was trying to hide the record from public view or knowledge after his appointment, knowing that the press would want to comb through the details. If he didn't have anything to hide, why request that?

Because he wanted a private matter to stay private? Looks like he was right to do so.

These records were sealed long before revelations about his conduct and finances were made.

And, his wife's attorney has said they plan to question him about his conduct and finances.

Yes, he was trying to hide this new source of income that his AP provided for him. He gives his SAH wife a generous $700 every two weeks and sometimes writes checks against it. His estranged wife says that the account is frequently overdrawn when she tries to use the money. For several months, she had to borrow money from her father, who was on social security to pay her own expenses because of this. Her father recently passed, so she no longer has access to his social security.

And Wade is living it up with a new luxury car, taking his AP on trips and cruises while he makes his estranged wife beg for food. Nice guy. He also changed the ownership of his law firm. Prior to divorce proceedings, he was the sole owner of the law firm. Just before he filed, he changed the ownership so that he is only a partner and not the sole owner so that the firm and its assets would not be considered by the divorce court.

He deserves to have his finances combed through by his wife's lawyers so that she can get her fair share of the money that she is entitled to.

When you are having an affair with a public official who illegally gives you a high paying job in violation of kickback laws, then the matter is no longer private. It is a public alleged crime by a public official and should be part of the public record.

Then don't work for a public office.

Likely because he didn't want others to notice that he was not being forthright regarding his income.

I always thought Wade presented himself as an incompetent buffoon in flashy suits. I was right.
