Trump’s Dementia

You haven’t explained why Trump’s signs of dementia aren’t problems.

Yes, why is the right doing what you are accusing the left of doing?

This medical analysis is as trenchant as the armchair virology that maintained that our immune systems were incapable of providing protection in the absence of a hastily developed vaccine in a consequence-free “regulatory” environment. These citizen physicians also championed the magical thinking that a thin layer of cotton over your face was the only thing giving you a shot at life when shopping at the grocery store or walking down a sidewalk. Compared to virology and molecular biophysics, geriatric medicine is a lay up for such learned residents of the DC area.

Since we have so many wise physicians now, can we diagnose why the Democratic Party was defeated by someone who is purported to be suffering from dementia? What does that outcome suggest?

Is it because the Party is incapable of conducting a primary over the objections of George Clooney?

Surely, there will be a report analyzing the root cause of this electoral outcome, right? Oh wait, I guess not. Moving right along, nothing to see here!

Nice collection of strawmen there. You’ve managed to display deep ignorance on a range of subjects, from the relentless media coverage of Biden to how the Electoral College works to basic principles of disease transmission and immunology (which has nothing to do with the topic of this thread, but you decided to shoehorn that in anyway). Here’s your pigeon chess trophy. Try not to knock it over.

This outcome suggests:
1. People who only watch FOX News are easy to manipulate
2. MAGA is a cult

Once again, Trump is totally transparent about what is going on. He’s had “the talk” with his doctors. Will anyone in the GOP do anything? Will the media report on this??

Piggybacking instead of looking for the original comment that the PP is replying to: PPP, you might remember that almost a decade ago — yes, that’s way before Trump’s second term — Yale Psychiatrist Bandy Lee and close to 40 other mental health professionals published The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump. There was, then, ample reason for such skills at the time, and those reasons continue. Malignant narcissism topped with a heaping swirl of rapidly progressive dementia should concern us all. That’s on top of the racism and economic policies that have long concerned those that you probably view as “the left”.

That’s just one example of the many years of concern that Donald Trump’s deficiency’s have prompted serious concern from highly trained medical and mental health professionals and beyond. You might learn something from Mary Trump’s book as well. She’s his niece and a licensed clinical psychologist. PP, if you’ve only been paying attention for the last 11 months or so, you’ve missed a lot.
