| I made something last night that only used 1/2 a can of light coconut milk. Any ideas what to do with the rest? |

Also, if you go to Asian groceries at all, they sell little cans of coconut milk that don't leave you with ridiculous leftover amounts.

Yes! The seafood market on Connecticut Ave in Chevy Chase DC sells 5.5 oz cans. I can't find them anywhere else so I always stock up. |
