KM WILL be a coach for the 2029s. If they can get all the SR girls on the MDDC 29 team, SR will be unstoppable in the coming years. Combined with the recruiting director being from SR as well makes the SR/MDDC combo a no brainer! Better rehash those preset rosters Cap!

Wouldn't it be better to split the difference - having a separate club supporting you along side your high school coach?

Sounds like Cap isn’t too happy about this. Who are the coaches for the 29s? Oh that’s right….no one knows. Personally I like that MDDC is being transparent (and also has a SM presence and a website that is of the last decade).

M&D DC will not likely stay intact when trying out for Capital. Many of their better players will make Capital, but some will likely be offered orange or over looked entirely due to politics or other reasons. The M&D DC team in tact would likely be better than a Capital team that is made up of a. Few M&D DC players, plus Stars, Pride, YJMA, and others.

There is one mom on MD DC leading the charge to keep the team intact. Everyone knows this. Her DD is not likely to make Capital blue or even orange

Capital was looking for coaches on the IG account. So who did they get?

BF coach? Going back to the Stars pipeline? Maybe they are going the YJMA route and hiring a former W&M player. YJMA is becoming a threat to them as well.

Let’s hope they announce it soon. Since development issues are known and roster shakeups are needed, they should be smart and show that they’ve at least hired a capable and experienced head coach. Three consecutive sub par classes might be straw that breaks the camels back.
