Most of the people her illegally are living with friends and family, not taking on rent under their own names. So it won't really free up new housing units the way you are suggesting. Maybe some, but not enough to actually bring housing costs down. |
There aren't millions leaving the country because there aren't millions here illegally. If there were, then we wouldn't be seeing ICE deporting legal citizens, greencard holders and TPS status recipients. Now, that doesn't mean others here legally won't leave on their own because we are turning into a s***hole country, but that is an entirely different issue. |
