Maybe they used the Vogue face because her face is actually still swollen like we saw last week and that is why she is looking away in the photo today. Sad.

She certainly wouldn’t be the first to find her position made her suicidal.

I think there’s def something going on with her appearance hence the giant sunglasses in the car, photoshopped picture, and not wanting to be seen. But it could be something as innocuous as her face looking puffy from steroids.

Whether the MD pic was taken last fall or last weekend, the clothes were not edited, like some are saying. The boys are wearing a different shirt and a different sweater. The girls are wearing a different skirt and a different top. Kate has her own head and her own hands. The speculation is just nuts.

It's extremely obvious that Charlotte's skirt was edited. People could see it was heavily edited before anyone even raised the issue of the photo coming from this same day in November. Also the thing with George's collar has to be an edit because a tone-on-tone blue plaid shirt like that doesn't make sense and even if it exists, I don't think they'd put George in it. Same with Charlotte's skirt actually -- the plaid does not match the rest of her outfit and this is a family who tends to be extremely well-coordinated. The color on Louis's sweater also looks off and doesn't look like something he'd wear.

Yep and it's off-putting so many people of their fans believe she would be messing with the kids clothes like that in photoshop. I don't think she's perfect but she stands by her morals. She wouldn't refuse to hand the orginal photo over the agency to help clear up the credibility. She didn't take it nor did she edit it.

She doesn’t strike me as being vain enough to care about a steroid face. That can be photoshopped easily. From a recent, real photo. Also, she was waddling around like 10 hours post partum for photo shoots. With a puffy pregnancy face. (That’s not meant to insult how she looked by the way)

When I first saw the photo, I was stuck by how young she looked (compared to how she has looked recently). So that could be possible that it was from years ago (but that’s crazy!).
