GA Case

This puts Mr. Wade on the spot. If he denies the affair and/or gives any reasons for what caused him to file the divorce, that puts his mistress Fani on the spot having to sit for a deposition.

To save his mistress Fani from having to sit for a deposition, Mr. Wade is going to have to admit to their affair and provide truthful answers to the cause of this filing for divorce that does not contradict anything his wife believes is the cause of the divorce.

Fani claimed in her own motion she knows the details that caused their divorce. If Mr. Wade says anything as to the cause of their divorce that is contrary to what his wife believes the cause is, that sets up Fani as having UNIQUE information about this divorce

J6 Committee COLLUDED with Fani Willis Before Charging Trump:

A new report provides more evidence that Fani Willis did in fact collude with Liz Cheney's January 6th Committee prior to indicting Trump. Add this to the White House Visitor's logs and Nathan Wade's billing records, the question becomes who was really running this case?

Of course she did.
This whole case has been orchestrated by the Democrats and the White House.
The problem was..... they didn't realize that Fani had her own ethics problems that may delve into the criminal realm.

Getting evidence from feds isn’t illegal.

None of this has anything to do with Trump's malfeasance, lies, slander and his attempt to steal the election in Georgia.

None of this magically erases Trump's misdeeds.

TBH all of this Fani-Wades stuff needs to be in a totally different thread.

Anyone thats from Fulton County Georgia has known Fanni and others have been corrupt for years.. This comes as no surprise to anyone.

Lot of her cases need to be reviewed over proper proceedings.

And the nerve of her to stand in the Lords house and lie as she did..

Hopefully she'll be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All of that, if proven, would constitute serious crimes and if she’s convicted of those crimes everyone convicted in a prosecution she has any involvement with would likely have a strong case to at least receive a new trial.

Many of those cases, due to the amount of time passed, availability of witnesses and other issues would likely not be able to be retried possibly allowing many violent criminals to go free.

When you elect a political hack and possible criminal to be the district attorney bad things happen.

Serious crimes? What are the statutes?

So far, I have not seen anyone cite any statutes because, if all of those things that you listed are true, they are not criminal.

Kickback and RICO statutes. It is illegal and a federal felony to exchange anything of value in an effort to encourage political favoritism or preferential treatment.

The fact that Willis awarded a job that has so far paid upwards of $650K to Ward for personal preferential treatment, vacations and gifts. She awarded him a job. He has received over $650K in compensation from that job from the state paid for by public funds. And he has used those funds to lavish her with vacations and gifts. Those are federal felony kick back violations.

No, this does not affect the case against Trump, but both Willis and Ward need to be removed from the case due to their alleged complicitness in federal felonies tied to their behavior in this case. Someone else needs to be appointed to work on the case against Trump.

State Sen. Greg Dolezal, R-Cumming, has introduced legislation to create a special committee for investigating Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. This move comes in response to her indictment of former President Donald Trump. The proposed Senate Special Committee on Investigations would have the power to subpoena people and evidence, requiring testimony under oath.

The focus of the investigation centers around accusations against Willis, including an alleged "improper" relationship with Nathan Wade, whom she hired to assist in the investigation into Trump and his co-defendants' efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. These accusations stem from divorce filings by Wade's estranged wife. Credit card statements were presented by the attorney for Wade's estranged wife, showing purchases of airline tickets for Willis and Wade for trips to various locations in 2022 and 2023.

Y'all fallin' for another Roget Stone operation.

Wade is likely distracted with the Fulton county cases, but he needs to comply.
Ok. So… I think that takes care of that.
Back to republicans going to prison!

So, tell us.
Why was Wade paying for Fani's travel if they weren't having an affair?

Interesting. So the evidence of an affair is that he bought some plane tickets for her? Seems pretty thin. If it turns out there was no affair, the republicans pushing this are going to look mighty stupid. But they are used to that.
