I got tickets for the concert today via Ticketmaster!

So I periodically check Stub Hub and there are oodles and oodles of overpriced tickets that don't seem to be moving at all. I'm definitely not purchasing at these prices - so will they eventually come down or will other people more desperate than I am pay $800pp for a behind the stage nosebleed with obstructed view?

I have been wondering the same…

My guess is people who wanted to spend $800 already have but there may be people who put tickets up for sale figuring if they could get $800 they’d rather have the cash but at $400 they’d rather go themselves.

Seems strange to me. Either you want the tickets or you don’t, right?

On that theory everyone who wants to see her would be paying $800

Lots of people want to see her at $50, fewer people want to see her at $500.

Well, no one is seeing her at $50. I got nosebleed seats for $150 each on the day of the sale.

Looking for a thread discussing just the Eras Tour — this is the best I could find. Anyway, love seeing clips of I Can Do It With a Broken Heart and But Daddy I Love Him. Hoping to see So Long London and a couple others.

I’m not ready for so long london but assume it’s a given on her last night there.
I would love to hear The Black Dog and Peter. Those are my favorite 2 on TTPD.

This may be a dumb question but I am a newer fan… is my chance completely gone to see the Eras tour if I don’t have tickets already? She isn’t announcing any new dates right? (I mean I am not looking to go through the scalpers but a chance at a pre-sale with a code)

All US dates are sold out. Prices for re-sale are starting about $1800/ticket. Its insane. Paris tickets available this week were about $140. Hence...some US fans paying to fly to Europe for cheaper than going to a US show. Her 2024 is full but some are speculating she may add 2025 dates so more of the US can see the TTPD set. I mean wishful thinking maybe, but you never know.

We’re looking to route our European summer trip through Edinburgh, hoping to snag 4 tickets. Haven’t figured the rest out yet.

I expect this to be a “smaller” market.

Except for all the other Swifties flying in to see her...
