Taylor Swift Tour

Is it also common these days for all the shows to go on sale at once? That seems stupid.

they also made the mistake of not requiring the code until check out. Lots of people trying who weren't eligible.

It is of you want to “break the internet” and sell 2 million tickets in one day. So stupid for everyone but Taylor.

Now I want to see a documentary like that.. The business of Taylor Swift

She certainly has an effective marketing machine.

I dunno but I’m done. All I can do is vote with my dollars. My dollars won’t go to concerts tickets for enormous shows like this.

I can attend concerts at smaller venues and have a blast.

Looking at the going rate on StubHub and their crazy fees, I will likely lose about $10-$30 per ticket. (Or I may end up donating them for the tax write off/good vibes. )

Several of the shows in the Midwest and also Pittsburgh will likely end up being cheaper on resale.

No one made me buy the tickets. But given how the sale went, there were a lot of people (me included) who felt like they needed to “grab what they could”.

I truly applaud anyone who opted out of this mess.

I live in Denver and will happily buy them from you.

Which makes you part of the problem.

The code was required before being let in for your turn to view and purchase tickets. Pelplemwithout a code weren't able to view or select any tickets.

I kind of agree. There’s plenty of other artists, I don’t need this next level of effort and anguish to follow her.

When I was in college, it was a point of pride among the guys in particular to discover new and interesting performers. They would go to the record store to find recently imported records.

Very random question but figured I'd post here since it's relevant. Looking to see if I can barter/swap Taylor Swift tickets for Philly with DVC points. Random I know but I have a few hundred DVC points I won't use this year and after the 2 day fiasco with no tickets am desperate. Does anyone know of a legit bartering site where I could go to try to do this? I don't even know where to start but figure it's worth a try.

A Disney board seems the best place to go. Don't know if that will be allowed. Also, as someone who got Taylor Swift tickets, I'm not selling them or giving them up no matter what. But maybe you'll get lucky and find the right person for this trade.

Yeah I actually have plans for Disney next year but it would have to be an extremely enticing deal for me to consider.

Sorry to answer your question, maybe a Disney FB group but those are pretty closely monitored so make sure it’s within the group’s guidelines.

Got an email about requesting tickets since I was a Verified Fan but didn't get tix. Has anyone else gotten one? The ticket purchase/request is difficult for me to understand.
