His representation of Swetnick did not help matters at all: accusations of gang rape without any corroboration does not help and it detracted from the credible testimony of Ford.

She didn't accuse gang rape. Read again.

She did and then backtracked; she claimed that Kav and Judge spiked the punch bowl and then said she did not see them do it but they were hanging around the bowl. She detracted from Ford's testimony because it was just outlandish.

Avenatti is in it for himself - he was no help to blocking Kav.

From her sworn statement: "also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could be gang raped in a bedroom or a side room by a train of numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys line up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their “turn” with a girl inside a room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”

Yeah, I would say she accused him of gang rape.

Ask the SJC. They have all that information.
(Hint: What you are alleging is just not true)

It is possible that mark judge told the truth about what drunks they were and how they were all about groping girls, and having sex with very drunk girls. But we will never know because they are keeping such a tight lid on the sham investigation. His ex gf says he felt guilty about things he did in the past that he had told her about.

No, she is saying she saw him in situations where a reasonable person would think he did do things like that. But she is not saying she saw him do it.

Are you also saying it was a real FBI investigation?

Open letter from Big Law partner Kerry Berdem who has tried in vain to get the FBI to investigate suspicious texts sent by and on behalf of Brett Kavanaugh to his Yale friends, to cover up his misdeeds. She has lost a lifelong friendship, had to move out of her home due to threats, and may have seriously damaged her legal career. All because she thought she was being a good citizen reporting relevant information to the FBI.

Congratulations GOP - you've gone full authoritarian.

That is what you call a character witness. She swore to these things in a sworn statement, and she had a list of other witnesses who also would swear to it. Since the WH refused to let the FBI investigate it, we have no other evidence than him saying "I'm not in a gang!" and her putting up her sworn statement and backing it with a security clearance she would lose if she lied.

I believe her.

The situation is horrendous. And you know who is personally responsible? Brett Kavanaugh. He is a cockroach.

Dems lose because of inequality in representation.

The GOP knew of Kavanaugh's misgivings months before he was nominated

This information will continue to drip out and be a stain on everyone who is supporting this vote today.

I’m sure she’ll be celebrating when R v W gets overturned, back home in Maine where she’ll be permanently once she gets voted out.

She'll be living off the millions in "lobbying" (kickbacks) she'll get for her Kavanaugh vote.
