| That is awesome. So she's a large woman, her baby is eating. She doesn't need to be on WIC, her baby will be healthier and less likely to get sick. Good for her. |

| I hate POWM. It seems so mean-hearted. Do the people in these photos have to give their permission to be posted? I don't know what that woman's story is, but is looks like she's got a life tougher than most of us, and now she has people snickering at her. Lovely. Who is classier now, the overweight disabled woman who shops at WalMart or people who sit around laughing and judging her? |

| I have nothing against BF in public, but I for one would be a little more discreet about it. A slim, attractive woman (actually, ANY woman) BFing in a quiet corner of the store will attract a lot less attention than a 500lb woman rolling down an isle in a rascal with her enormous boob hanging out. While I think those comments are mean, she's kind of bringing it on herself. |

I agree in general that POWM is mean-spirited. It relies on schadenfreude. But when one looks at the photos, one can't help but wonder WHAT ON EARTH were they thinking going out like that? I'm not talking about the BF woman in particular, but just all the odd and (let's be frank) "not aesthetically pleasing" get ups that are shown on the site. It's like they WANT to be looked at and ridiculed. |

OP, ppl like you disgust me and make me wonder what your parents have done wrong to turn an innocent child into a scum bag. I say this as a former 125lbs hot mamma turned into a fat 200lbs ugly lady who still NIP. I must say that I encountered much more aggressiveness towards NIP after the weight gain. I just wish I could show my labs to all the mean spirited ppl who like to judge others so instead of mocking me they would offer to help bc it's not easy to raise children and being sick. |
