How much you think sympathy will move the needle? 1 point.

Pence is boring.

I don't care if he dies but I wouldn't put it past him to try and engineer his own sickness to get a sympathy vote. He's down in the polls and just hammered himself in the debate. I can see him telling people not to let doctors report on his condition. He is enough of a sleaze and con-man to attempt to pull that off. But, if he's on the hook with the virus - good riddance to garbage.

Sympathy for what?

Sympathy for being a reckless idiot who got himself and thousands of other people infected with Covid by his incompetence? I don’t see it. He’s an idiot who got everything wrong even though he was given the right answers.

Per Trump’s doctor, Trump is now on remdesivir. He is not requiring any supplemental oxygen.

I don't know why you would want to know what I think because I have no special knowledge or expertise about this. I think that if you play with fire often enough, you eventually get burnt. Trump just got burnt. Not only will this impact his personal well-being, but politically it is a disaster for him. Now there will be around the clock attention on Covid which will highlight Trump's dismal national response and cavalier personal approach. The first led to over 200,000 deaths and the second to his hospitalization. Poor decision-making in both cases. As more people close to Trump test positive, it will keep feeding the news cycle. That could go on for another week. Biden/Harris can wack Pence and Trump repeatedly for errors that not only killed so many Americans, but put Trump in the hospital. Given this track record, can you trust these guys with anything?

Contrary to some of the Trumpster wishful thinking, I don't think a full recovery by Trump, if it happens, helps him that much politically. The deaths and hospitalization don't go away. On top of everything, he is being treated with experimental drugs, but no hydroxy. Just one more example of his being wrong about this disease. Basically, Trump's bad judgement has led to unnecessary death of Americans and his own health crisis. It is going to be hard to ignore that.

That said, FOX News is reporting that he is obese: https://www.foxnews.com/health/trumps-obesity-potential-coronavirus-risk

The kitchen sink approach is not reassuring for the general public. Just saying.

I don't trust Trump's doctor. Boris Johnson's team said he was fine, just going to tests, and he ended up hospitalized for six days and admitting months later he was on death's door. That SOB was on a ventilator.

I hope the military doesn't keep Trump's health a secret ESPECIALLY over the next four weeks of the election. Its crucial that the American public know how the POTUS is doing and if he is physically fit for office now or for another four years.

Not to mention the f**king fact that a Covid-19 diagnosis can predicate cognitive decline.

Remdesevir is not used in mild infections. Either his case is not mild or they are just throwing everything at him with hopes that something sticks .Regardless for non ventilated patients the course is 5 days. So he will not be released until Wednesday.

It is way too early to "need" oxygen/ It would be shocking if it were already there. Let's check back in a few days on that front.
