Am I crazy or does her face look like an entirely different person from the side here?! Softer - much more middle aged mom than the cat lady/"model" we see from the front. Also her heavy makeup is wow.

There’s a lot of gold on that coat.

Wow. Her face looks saggy.

I’m going to cut her a lot of slack here. She *may* have done her own makeup. Coat dress is fine. Imagine the stress
she is under having to live with him!

I think she looks lovely. Classic look.

I like the coat dress. I also run really cold and I wore a coat put yesterday (was this Sunday?). But the makeup and whatever work she’s had done to her eyes looks so awful I can’t even. I’ve been watching that Jane Fonda show on netflix—how is it that Jane is 30+ years older than Melania and her eyes look so much better? There are clearly better plastic surgeons out there. Is she using a groupon?

She looks thrilled to be there.

Full view of the dress.

That’s actually a pretty outfit, though even Melania isn’t immune to middle-age spread.

I love this outfit! And she looks great!

she looks like a tube of toothpaste that got squeezed in the middle

I bet you always look for the worst in people. And, I am absolutely certain that your figure is simple perfection.

no, but i buy clothes that fit my "kidneys" and wear appropriate undergarments. i very rarely resemble cleaning products.

Not the point, but I’m still surprised people are saying Melanie looks good here. I really like the dress, but high neckline+shift dress+huge chest just makes her look undefined and bigger than she is. I think she’s not dressing for the chest she has (and chose).

I am a 38-I, and it is nearly impossible to find a bra that actually holds them up. Granted, FLOTUS is not as big as I am; however, I don't think I have ever been able to find a supportive bra beyond a DDD. Same goes with clothes: I have to buy plus-sized tops just to have enough fabric to fit around my chest, which leaves the rest of the outfit ill-fitting - even with a good tailor. There are no good solutions short of a breast reduction.

Right but she doesn’t need a reduction. She paid for those breasts. I’m up there, size wise, with you and I just CANNOT fathom women purchasing a pair of backaches. She looks lumpy and misshapen and it is by choice.

If you think she is lumpy and mishapen, your standards are incredible high.

She’s being pancaked by that dress, and that absolutely could be avoided with better tailoring. Either her guy isn’t very good, or more likely he hasn’t had a recent fitting. But a dress that simple can be made to skim a body like hers with no strain.

I think she looks great.

Some of you think she looks great for reasons apart from aesthetics. Enormous boobs distort clothing. Look at Ivanka.

And, some of you will try to find anything to criticize her for.
Exhibit one: This thread.

She chooses to live with him. She chooses to support him. She chooses to be a Birther. I support her right to make the choices best for her (that is, after all, what feminism is about) but I absolutely judge her for her choices.

Correction. Her husband paid for them, and probably chose them too.
