These list are bogus.

Does anyone have the official list. Also, BRYC, MDU, Loudoun and MU don't have any business being considered in a list of elite teams. The only reason Bethesda ECNL is included is because of MRM Rush plyers and coaches.

Pipeline and Celtic are stronger than the bottom half of ECNL and DA.

Depends on the age. Some of the teams you want to boot have crushed those you want to keep.
