I am one of the posters who said I was 2 before kids and now at 45 I am 5. I am 117-120 lb at 5'3, around 20%b body fat. BUT: I don't have big boobs (B-C), I don't have slim waist (even though my stomach muscles are defined) and I don't have big butt (36 inches in hips), so no curves that most of the men admire.

I'm one of the pp who is a 5. I have 17% body fat, work out constantly, and often go hungry. In the DC region, there are many of us.

I’m a woman who works out and lifts weights, how are you feeding your muscles? Don’t you eat protein with healthy greens and grains? What about yogurt, raw nuts, fresh fruits, raw veggies with hummus? Don’t you know how to watch your macros?

Gah! Too much work. And so boring listening to people drone on about “macros”.

Well I don’t talk about macros, just wondering how someone who claims to be fit has muscle if they don’t eat healthy. In order to have muscle mass you have to eat a certain way.

Ha! That pp wasn't me but is hilarious.

I don't have massive muscles. I am toned, but when I say 17% body fat, the way I achieve that is through regular periods of strict dieting. I do eat well, and sometimes not so well (having a glass of wine now).

Oh and I don't watch macros. I don't know how and have never cared to learn that fad. I just eat a well balanced diet.

Reviving this old thread as a.pandemic distraction. I'm an 11-13, sometimes 9. Very happy with my looks and my health.

Thanks for reviving this for the needed distraction. I like fit and even muscular lower body on women but not upper. Out of the pics listed - 4,6,7,8,9 are all really attractive to me.

Okay now someone repost this with body types of men.

I like 14, but she isn't remotely "average" and certainly not for American women whom 2/3rds are obese. I don't like muscles I can see. As women age, ripped starts looking odd.

I think that was done in the “Do you like muscular men” thread. Search it and revive it.

They sag after a while. Just saying.

My wife is 48 and has muscles from her shoulders on down. She looks like an athlete, not a body builder. I think she looks amazing.

Implants don’t sag.

Woman here, and I like 3 and 9. I like decent sized breasts, but not huge ones. Curves are a must.

11-13 are ideal to me.

What if there was a thread titled “Ladies, what do you think of well endowed men?”.

The response probably wouldn’t be nearly as positive.

Sure.. if you like fake. It looks very odd for older women with saggy skin everywhere to have perky boobs. But, if that's your thing.. then sure.

I guess "real" mean like fake boobs.
