He pled to lesser charges. Now do you think that would have been allowed if they had something huge on Trump? No. You are allowed to influence a campaign. You are not allowed to break the law. Prove Trump broke the law please. |
Oh, my God. You are not allowed to spend money to "influence a campaign," as you so politely refer to the porn star payoff, without reporting it as a campaign expense!!!! |
You do know that mueller is a Republican? I hate to bring it up because it should not matter. Just two years ago of course it would not matter because back then people in positions of power did not casually and forcefully impugn the motivations of public servants who have devoted their careers to the good of the country and of all Americans. |
Cohen said so in the plea. That’s why it’s so important. Trump ordered Cohen to break the law. And Trump broke the law to get elected. It’s really looking bad. |
I can almost guarantee he has tapes of him ordering it. Obviously he knew trump would throw him under the bus, hence why he recorded the tape we already heard. |
Did they let you read their emails? |
|
It’s not up to us to prove Trump directed this action (payoff) and therefore committed a crime. That will be up to prosecutors to show and then a grand jury to decide, unless enough people agree he can’t be indicted as a sitting president or unless he pleads (lol).
The point is, Cohen stated that he was directed by a candidate to do the payoff so unflattering information wouldn’t come to light, that it was done with the principal purpose of influencing the election, and it was done knowing it was wrong illegal. |
The Worst Hour of Trump’s Presidency
|
WTF are you blathering on about? Nothing in Cohens plea deal prevents Mueller from bringing additional charges— larger or smaller— at any time he damn well pleases. What do you mean by “lesser charges”? Lesser than homicide but greater than speeding? Please, leave the law to lawyers. |

Trump could literally shoot someone on 5th Avenue and the apologists in the forum would excuse it.
Sad. |
|
Illegitimate president, full stop.
There should be no more judicial hearings until the Trump corruption issues are resolved. |
I’ll be calling my senators tomorrow to say just that. |
| I’ll miss Barry Zuckerkorn. |
Didn't have to get permission. They were delivered by subpoena |
