| Porter is a serial abuser and f*cking coward. Anyone who defends him, much less look the other way — Kelly and Hatch included — has no business serving in government. |
| Big, Little Lies (Season 2) - The White Housd Years |
| Kelly is shocked! Shocked, I tell you! |
| I wonder how many times Kelly looked the other way when he was in the military and his subordinates beat their wives? |
Kellyanne exemplifies what’s wrong with our military when it comes to issues of sexual assault and domestic violence. |
| Isn't Jared Kushner a former college classmate and long-time friend of Rob Porter's? If so, it may have been through that relationship that Porter first came into the White House's orbit, and Mr. Kushner may very well have been aware of the previous "rumors" about his ex-wives. Also, both Hope Hicks and Sarah Huckabee Sanders adamantly defended, in drafting or making statements, Mr. Porter, until the last possible moment. This was done even though Hicks and Sanders were surely aware of the domestic violence allegations. John Kelly is not the only reprehensible White House actor in this particular saga. |
Bingo. Remember how the NFL reacted to Ray Rice beating his wife before and after the tape came out? This is the exact same playbook. |
Indeed. Sanders is taking a "vacation" today. |
+1. The heat is rightfully on Kelly at the moment, but the LDS Church should also be removing the bishop who "advised" Porter's ex-wife to keep quiet about his actions from his post. |
Its a Cognitive dissonance headache. |
| So is Rob Porter going to get a nickname based on his transgressions like Al Franken did? |
Orrin Hatch, too. |
Wow. This lie is what she cannot defend? As opposed to all the other lies she's told and defended? |
No. Besides Kelly and the Kushners and Hicks, nobody cares about this guy. Lots of people cared about Franken, for years. |
yep, because a COS never knows why a new hire can't pass a background check SMH |
