| Negan takes half of what you have. Rick has two kids. I think Carl will go to stay with the Saviors. Anyone following the comic? It doesn't follow completely so it's hard to say what will happen next. I think Negan would take greater pleasure in brainwashing Carl then taking Judith. I don't think Negan would hurt the baby. He's already show that he doesn't kill women. |

I think Rosita will die. He will find that gun. Maybe the bullet will be a dud. He kills her and says he is taking Judith. Carl offers himself instead of Judith and Negan takes Carl. That's why Rick looks so devastated.
At least, I hope so. Because I don't want the baby killed, ugh. |

| I am caught up with this season but really confused now. The premiere was too violent for me so I took a few weeks off and then watched some episodes back to back. I don't understand all the different locations and settlements. If anyone doesn't mind writing a short recap that would be great.. |

After Negan kills Abe and Glenn, he takes Daryl back to his place, a factory-like setting called the Sanctuary. Maggie and Sasha return to the Hilltop where Jesus is from. and his jerk boss, I don't remember that guy's name. Maggie is assuming a leadership role there. Carol, with Morgan following, headed out alone and ended up at the Kingdom, where they ride horses and have a "King Ezekiel" who has a pet tiger. Both these groups pay tribute to the Saviors. Tara and Heath, out exploring, came upon an almost all-female settlement on the ocean. All the men had been killed by the Saviors sometime in the past, Negan's group. The show is setting up these disparate communities to come together in a war against Negan. Carl stole away in a truck from the Hilltop to the Sanctuary. Michonne hijacked a female savior and is heading to the Sanctuary. Rosita took Eugene to an iron works type place to get him to make her a bullet for a gun she found on a walker. She wants to kill Negan for killing Abe. But Negan and his Saviors took all of the Alexandrian's guns. Negan made it clear, no Alexandrian should have a gun. In fact, the show made a point of showing Rick getting Michonne to give up a gun that Negan didn't even have to know about because, "if they find it on you, someone dies". Rick and Aaron are on a run to get supplies for the Sanctuary. When Rick gets home from this run, his is going to find Negan at his house with his two kids. Rick is about to get angry enough to start that war. That will be this mid season cliff hanger. |

That was a great episode. Neagan is bad-ass mothef....and that shot to the head, bam!
I wonder if the note means the food/supplies are booby-trapped. Don't think it just means the guy-in-boots is going to follow you around. Glad to see the gang coming back together. |

Who do you think the guy in the boots is? For a minute I thought maybe it was the guy from the Kingdom because he appeared to go near that place after he visited carol and morgan. It was nice to see a "happy" ending. |

That was my guess too. Maybe I'll go re-watch the Carol scene and see if his shoes are visible.

Maybe the boots "guy" is actually that girl Cindy from the Ocean side settlement, then there would be 3 groups to team up to fight Negan.
That scene where Daryl & Rick were reunited,... not gonna lie, I shed a couple tears. Love the way they ended the first half of the season with a reunion i stead of some terrible cliffhanger! |
