Caitlin's Wikipedia page has been updated (there is no 'Bruce Jenner' page), and seems to include the desired pronouns used for her transition.

I cannot stand the Kardashians, and hate the kind of artificial fame-whore-dom that they and people like the Duggars do. But Caitlin's transition seems to be wholly sincere and firmly rooted long before the screwy Kardashian circus. I wish Caitlin happiness and peace.
