I think this is absolutely still true. FCPS is on the hamburger budget while trying to present a steak front to everyone. It just isn't working. This school system pretends to be all things to all students, but the reality is it's trying to do too much with too little. Frankly, I wish they would just stick to the basics and make those basics really, really good - for everyone, not just a certain subset who wants things their way, all the time.
